Tango Alpha Aircraft Sales is a trade name of TTA Aviation LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy covers tangoalphaaircraft.com. Short version: we collect what we need to talk to you about an airplane, and we don't hand it to anyone trying to sell you something.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, phone number, email, tail number, aircraft make/model and times, condition notes, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Visit context: the page you landed on, the referring URL, any campaign parameters in the link, and a basic browser/device identifier.
- Our own visit count: when a page loads, our site records the time, which page it was, the site that referred you, any ad or campaign tag in the link and your general device type (phone, tablet or computer), under a random session id that lasts only as long as your browser tab. If you tap one of our phone numbers or email addresses on the site, it also notes that tap: which of our numbers or addresses, the page and the time, under the same session id, so a call or email that follows can be credited to the ad or page that led to it. It sets no cookie, stores no IP address or personal information, is kept about 90 days, and is used only to understand which ads and pages bring buyers and sellers to us.
- Cookies: analytics only: Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how our pages are used (clicks, taps, scrolling and page views, with typed form text masked) so we can see what is hard to use. Both set their own cookies, and Microsoft handles Clarity data under its own privacy statement. Turning cookies off in your browser does not break the forms.
How we use it
- To answer you about the specific airplane you contacted us about — by phone, text, or email.
- To market and sell an aircraft we've been engaged to sell, or to match you with one we're listing.
- To see which listings and ads actually produce real conversations.
- To keep junk and fraudulent submissions out of the forms.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the optional "Text me about my airplane" box on our sell form or the optional "Text me about airplanes that fit my search" box on our buyer list form, or if you text us first. Texts are about your own airplane or listing (listing updates and scheduling) or, on the buyer list, airplanes that fit the search you sent us. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything with us.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full program terms: SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with anyone except the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may not use them for their own purposes.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
- We don't pass you to lead-generation companies or other brokers.
- We don't run long automated marketing sequences. If we can't reach you, we follow up once.
Who touches your data to run the business
- Google Workspace / Google Cloud: email, documents, and the systems the lead record lives in, processed on our behalf.
- Our phone and messaging provider: carries any calls and texts we exchange with you.
- Aircraft title and escrow companies: only if a transaction proceeds, and only what escrow requires.
- Ordinary business vendors: accounting and similar, under contract not to use your data for their own marketing.
- Legal compliance: if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to get a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Lead and inquiry records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept for tax and legal compliance, typically seven years.
Security
Data moves over HTTPS and is stored in systems that require authenticated company accounts to reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
