1960 Beechcraft M35 Bonanza — N7747B

Owner-flown V-tail, hangared at Ellington Field (KEFD) on the south side of Houston. Current and flying, not a project.

Engine and prop. Continental IO-470-C, 250 hp, fuel injected. Overhauled by Western Skyways May 2020. 810 SMOH at the 8/7/26 annual. McCauley two-blade constant-speed prop overhauled March 2020, resealed 2021, new bulkhead 2023. Engine and prop carry the same time.

Panel. Garmin GNS 430W WAAS, King KX 125 second nav/com, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, S-TEC System 55 two-axis autopilot with yaw damper, King HSI, Garmin GDL 82 ADS-B Out on a Narco AT-150. Pitot-static and transponder checks done April 2026.

Airframe. 7,457 hours total time. Annual 8/7/2026. Paint April 2006 (JetGlo white with charcoal, gray and deep-red trim), leather interior April 2005. D'Shannon speed-sloped windshield, Cleveland brakes, late-model wing tips with Whelen strobes, LED landing lights, Rosen visors, dual control arm (2026), new tires and tubes (2024–25), new vacuum pump and gear motor.

Damage History: Gear-up landing, December 2019, Brenham TX. Repaired and returned to service. The repair is in the logbooks; engine and prop were overhauled in spring 2020 before it went back to flying. Every annual since has been clean.
